It can also enter the lubricating drive shaft bushing from the end of the drive shaft, and the two oils will be discharged from the same oil outlet.
  • The oil injection of the multi-cylinder cone crusher enters from the lower part of the machine, and after reaching the middle of the main shaft, it is divided into three branches. The inner and outer surfaces of the eccentric sleeve and the oil hole in the middle of the main shaft reach the ball bearing, and the bevel gears are also lubricated through this hole.

When unbreakable foreign matter enters the crushing cavity, the hydraulic device can increase the ore discharge port to make the foreign matter discharge out of the crushing cavity. Under the action of the spring, the ore discharge port will automatically recover and the cone crusher will resume normal operation.

Easy to replace

The structure of the cone crusher is very quick to replace the crushing wall. The upper crushing wall is equipped with bayonet pins, which can be fixed by jacking up the bolts. The lower crushing wall is fastened with hydraulic nuts, and the disassembly is very fast, which reduces the maintenance time.

Reliable sealing

The cone crusher adopts a labyrinth seal, which avoids the disadvantages of easy blockage of the water supply system and the defect of water and oil mixing, so that dust and impurities cannot enter the machine, which ensures the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, prolongs the use of sliding bearings, and makes the machine run reliably. Cone Crusher Maintenance Precautions?

  • Strengthen the iron removal of the feed to prevent the non-broken objects from falling into the roller surface and damage the roll surface, or cause the machine to stop working.
  • Pay attention to controlling the feeding granularity. The maximum feeding granularity should not exceed 80% of the width of the feed inlet. If the material is too large, the main shaft may be broken or the movable cone liner may be worn.
  • The feeding must be uniform, and the material should be evenly sprinkled into the crushing cavity from the distribution plate, otherwise it will cause overloading of the crusher and premature wear of the fixed cone liner
  • Pay attention to check the sound of machine vibration, if there is severe impact and vibration sound, it may be that metal objects have entered the crushing chamber
  • Frequently check whether the oil pressure and oil flow of the lubrication system are normal, whether the quality of the lubricating oil is pure, and whether the pipeline is leaking oil
  • Check whether the current of the main motor of the machine is normal. If the current exceeds the normal level, stop the machine immediately to check the reason, and restart after troubleshooting. Excessive current may be due to excessive feeding, poor lubrication, or damaged bearings, or damaged other machine parts
