What is the maintenance method of jaw crusher?

1. Regularly close the jaw crusher and check the machine. When any stone crushing equipment is switched on and off, attention should be paid to regularly shutting down the jaw crusher and checking the wear conditions inside the machine, such as the central feeding pipe, cone cap, upper and lower flow channel lining plates of the impeller, circumferential guard plates, wear-resistant blocks The degree of wear and tear, replace the more seriously worn parts in time, and repair these parts. At the same time, pay attention to the weight, model and size of the replacement parts, and be sure to replace them according to the original parameters.
2. Regular inspection of jaw crusher drive belt. The jaw crusher conveyor belt is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the credit of the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt to ensure that the conveyor belt is evenly stressed. When driven by dual motors, the triangular tapes on both sides should be selected in groups, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. If you find that the drive belt is too worn, please replace it in time.
3. Lubrication of mechanical parts. The jaw crusher adopts special grade automotive grease or 3 lithium base grease, and an appropriate amount of grease is added every 400 hours of operation; after 2000 hours of operation, the main shaft assembly is opened to clean the bearings; the general operation is 7200 hours to replace new bearings.

How to operate jaw crusher safely?

1. According to the conditions of use, a protective cover should be provided on the crushed stone rolling chute to prevent the crushed stone from collapsing from the rolling chute and hurting people.
2. Before starting the machine, to remove the sundries in and around the crusher, all lubricating parts must be checked and moved several times by hand, and each part is flexible before starting the machine.
3. When the crusher is working, it is strictly forbidden to take out the stones from the palate plate by hand. If there is any failure, use tools such as crowbar and iron hook to deal with it.
4. If the machine stops due to the blockage of the material in the crushing chamber, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the machine should be started after the material is cleaned up.
5. When adjusting the discharge port, the tightening spring should be loosened first. After the adjustment is completed, the tension of the spring should be properly adjusted and the bolts should be tightened to prevent the lining plate from falling off during operation.
6. When the crusher is working, it is necessary to prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, which will affect the strength of the spring.

What are the precautions for using jaw crusher?

1. The crusher can only be put into production after the normal operation of the crusher.
2. The materials to be crushed should be evenly added into the crusher cavity, and side feeding or full feeding should be avoided to avoid unilateral overload or overload.
3. During normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. When the above temperature is exceeded, stop the vehicle immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.
4. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the power can be turned off after the materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.
5. During crushing, if the machine stops due to the blockage of the material in the crushing chamber, the power should be turned off immediately to stop the operation, and the material in the crushing chamber should be cleaned before starting again.
6. After one end of the jaw plate is worn, the head can be adjusted for use.
7. After the crusher has been used for a period of time, the tightening bushing should be loosened to damage the machine.
