- Regular inspection of jaw crusher drive belt. The jaw crusher conveyor belt is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the credit of the conveyor belt. How to operate jaw crusher safely?
- According to the conditions of use, a protective cover should be provided on the crushed stone rolling chute to prevent the crushed stone from collapsing from the rolling chute and hurting people.
- Before starting the machine, to remove the sundries in and around the crusher, all lubricating parts must be checked and moved several times by hand, and each part is flexible before starting the machine.
- When the crusher is working, it is strictly forbidden to take out the stones from the palate plate by hand. If there is any failure, use tools such as crowbar and iron hook to deal with it.
- If the machine stops due to the blockage of the material in the crushing chamber, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the machine should be started after the material is cleaned up.
- When adjusting the discharge port, the tightening spring should be loosened first. After the adjustment is completed, the tension of the spring should be properly adjusted and the bolts should be tightened to prevent the lining plate from falling off during operation.
- When the crusher is working, it is necessary to prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, which will affect the strength of the spring.
What are the precautions for using jaw crusher?
- The crusher can only be put into production after the normal operation of the crusher.
- The materials to be crushed should be evenly added into the crusher cavity, and side feeding or full feeding should be avoided to avoid unilateral overload or overload.
- During normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. When the above temperature is exceeded, stop the vehicle immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.
- Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the power can be turned off after the materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.
